Testimonials About Center For Sharing’s
Servant Leadership School
Thank you, thank you for all the support, mentoring, leadership and loyalty this past year. The faith you hold and the spirit you carry is an example for this little team of folks trying to inspire others as “their own best resource.”
Elisa Sabbatini, Executive Director, Los Ninos
I’ve been rereading the Life of the Beloved for the Praxis program mission group. You can’t imagine how comforting it has been during these last weeks of pain. If it wasn’t for you bringing servant leadership to my life, I don’t think I would be able to hold on to the Lord in these times. Inez Praxis Director
When I first heard about servant leadership classes, I approached it warily. However, in the time I’ve been involved, you and Cheryl have been founded on Jesus and tied scripture into everything you teach. I’ve found the class to be an opportunity for people to slow down and think about what’s important in life-your dreams and the people around you-and how to focus on what’s really important in life. You guys have a gift, not something that can be taught or learned, but a gift for helping people discover themselves and the purpose God has put in them. You also help them look at the world they live in and see the many ways one person can make a difference. I am blessed to be involved in your classes because I’m discovering more about myself in ways I never thought possible. Thank you. Nathan Jubilee Youth Ranch
How are you? We are doing great. The students have shown so much new growth. Two of them got their divers license in the last month! Pat and I wanted to let you know how much we appreciate all that you have done for this program. We would not be in existence today if it weren’t for all of your guidance and generosity. If you are ever in Yakima, please stop by and check out all of our changes.

There are no words to express what you have meant to me personally. You are instruments of so much of my spiritual growth. Your generosity is overwhelming. As lay leader, we look forward to working together in an ever- widening community of love, compassion, caring and sharing in the name of our beloved Savior.

We wanted to thank you for the role that you’ve played in our lives this past year. Meeting you, visiting your ministries has given us so much hope…a hope we have never found in traditional “church”. Being able to learn from you has given us tools in our daily lives and with our students to help them see that there is a better way, a different road. In all sincerity, our lives are changed. Thank you.

It has been some days since we met, but I have not forgotten our meeting. I am writing to say, “thank you for your hospitality.” My visit to you was good because it allowed me to see the diversity of ways you work to help those who need help. Please keep in touch with me. I think you should try to figure out how to give servant leadership school training to our ministers in the U.S. That might be a stepping stone to introducing it in Kenya. It is a dream, but a good one.
